System Maintenance
To our loyal CargoFactor customers,
Over the last year, we have been working hard on the ideas, design and construction of a new software solution for your TSA Compliance needs. Now it is time to get the first release of the new software into service. Beginning at 6:00 PM CST on Sunday, 12/22/13 until approximately 2:00 PM on 12/26/13, your login ID will be temporarily inactive. Over this time period we will transfer your data to the new software platform. You will receive an email with a temporary password. Anytime after 2:00 PM CST on Thursday 12/26, you can go to www.cargofactor.com and login using your login ID and temporary password. If you already have an ID to the new website, you may continue to use it.
If you need any special arrangements to access the current website after 12/22/13, please let us know. For those Authorized Representatives that have IAC customers accessing your reports on www.cargofactor.com, your customers will retain access to your reports during the downtime.
This new website offers many new and enhanced features and many more are still in the development stage. You will receive more information about the new website features and we will offer training sessions over the next few weeks where you can register and join at your convenience. Private training sessions can be arranged at your request.
